How do I create a Clabr account?

Open the app or visit clabr.ai, sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple, and follow the short onboarding to set your location, skills and what you're looking for.

What is a collab?

A collab is a free, mutual meeting between two Clabrs — a chance to brainstorm, pair-program, teach, learn or just trade perspectives over coffee. Online or in person. Both sides invest time, both sides walk away wiser.

Is Clabr free?

Yes. The core product — chat, collabs, the builder list and the map — is completely free for everyone.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, tap the hamburger menu (top left), scroll to Account and tap Delete account. Your profile, workspaces and personal data are removed immediately. Chat messages are kept anonymized for moderation audit purposes only.

I'm seeing inappropriate behaviour. What should I do?

Use the Report button inside any chat conversation, or email support@clabr.ai with details. We review every report and take action quickly.

I forgot which account I signed up with.

Try each provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple) on the login screen. Clabr uses the same email across providers when possible. If you're still stuck, email us and we'll help you recover access.

The app is not working as expected.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email support@clabr.ai with: a short description, the device you're using (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro), and a screenshot if possible.

Privacy and safety

We take your privacy seriously. Read our full Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect and how we protect it. Chats are private — moderators only review conversations that have been flagged for spam or abuse.
